At Miniatures, we are dedicated to providing the highest level of service. While we hope you are delighted with your order, we do not offer returns or exchanges under normal conditions.
Conditional Exchange Policy
We offer a Conditional Exchange only if there are quality issues with the product. If you believe the product is faulty in terms of quality or craftsmanship, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Once your query is generated, our Quality Assurance team will investigate the issue and respond promptly. After reviewing the product, we may provide an exchange or store credit for future purchases in the case of a major fault.
Important Notes
- Customized orders or items purchased at a discount are not eligible for return, refund, or chargeback.
- Order cancellations can only be made within 24 hours of placement.
